there is always the possibility that US/CDN were not the only ones to receive them equipped with sidemarkers but this is sadly above my knowledge..

 Can't confirm or deny. They could be the same across all markets or have slight difference in shape or functionality.

Why haven’t my submissions been accepted. I’m trying to submit some shows but it’s not letting me. Some Japanese educational videos but they won’t let us post it and they delete my submissions

Can confirm other countries also got the front sidemarker lens. Although North American models do tend to have rear bumpers more often, than in other markets.

This is a 1979 - 1981 Toyota HiLux (probably a petrol RN40 but unsure)

I'm not a validator so i can't really know what's going on . However, if it got rejected more than once its probably because somewhere/somehow it doesn't meets the criteria
