 Not 100% sure, but I believe there is a sticker under the Panda script, which would make it a 1999+ Young (only version identified by rear stickers with the standard wheels)

 Funny to think that from 1986 to 2003 this car changed (exteriorly) almost nothing but the front grille and the script style. And the fuel cap on very late examples

 Yes sure. But I see on used cars sites that, in paricular in Italy, it's not uncommon to find early examples totally transformed in newer ones, both exteriorly and interiorly (although some little details may give a clue). Seems to be an easier (and cheaper) work to do compared to other long-running models as like the VW Käfer or the Citroen 2CV

 Yes, absolutely, it's very easy to update a 1986-91 to a 1991+, just changing grille and eventually the indicators, and it's not so difficult even to transform a 1980 original model in a Supernova. I once saw a 1985 black-plated 4x4 completely updated to 1991+ second series, even with 1998+ steering wheel :D
