 Regardless of the roof-mounted flower rack, it's not a hearse, but a six door funeral limousine on Jaguar X351 by Wilcox/ Eagle Specialist Vehicles. I think they were marketed as Wilcox, but are registered as Eagle - coachbuilder is a bit indecisive in that respect.
