The door handles are different on the HD models (I believe it was mentioned due to work gloves being used it was easier to open the handles as opposed to the flush handles on all 1500/2500/3500). 2. The door badge is longer indicating it says HD after the 3500. The fender flares are always on the HD models so we cannot confuse this with a K-3500. K-3500 would not have those door handles nor the long door badge. Dashboard experts commence I cannot see well enough to determine if this is the 1995-1996 or 1997-2002 dashboard. Clearly 1995+ by the passenger pillar mounted door handle. [GMT455] for HD models.
