RR Phantom III? |

Yes..seems to be a Rolls.! |

Yes, but the radiator is too far back for a Phantom III. Hence I think it's a Phantom II. |

Bond's vehicles on the web: an interesting website ==> http://home11.inet.tele.dk/ifo/bmt216a/ They mentioned it's a Phantom III. To be confirmed. -- Last edit: 2006-01-12 23:58:32 |

I don't argue for a second that it may be a Phantom III. I just think it's a Phantom II, judging from the distance between the radiator and the bumper. I always had the impression that the Phantom III's Radiator was set much more forward. |

Rolls royce Phantom II Sedanca de Ville by Windovers 1934/5 |

Quite a long thread, it's time to come up with a definitive answer ;o). This is a Phantom II sedanca de ville by Windovers, chassis 181RY which still belongs to the Maharadjah of Udaipur. The reg'n was a fake for the film. It also appeared in the TV series “The Jewel in the Crown”. |
