this truck is very likely a real LA quint ladder fire truck

and it really fits the KME they have in fleet !!!

 ^ It looks like it's not only "like this", but actually the very same truck. While it's blurry, I'm certain the number on the back of the ladder in the main image is '8', the same as on the linked truck's cabin.
