Looks like a company called "Roller Team" uses Fiat chassis to make motorhomes they call the "Auto-Roller 747". I guess someone took one and stuck a giant vinyl over the windows. Not sure then if this would be called a "Roller Team Auto-Roller 747" instead of a Fiat Ducato.
