Sorry Neptune but you are mistaken on this one...It is a K1500 not a C1500 |

ahight added those thumbnails 3 days after I posted. But still, I was sure it was rear-wheel-drive when I first saw the film. Oh well, can’t win them all. ![]() |

He specifically stated in the movie that it's a "1989 Chevy Silverado", so that makes it a 1989. |

He's wrong as anyone familiar with these trucks will tell you that Neptune is right with his information. That grille, dash, and those side mirrors did not exist in 1989. |

Guys, Depending if it is the Chevy or the GMC duplicate, I can tell you. The line in the movie is incorrect either way. There is no "'89 Chevy Silverado". The year of both picture vehicles was 1998. The Chevy is a K1500. I know, because I bought it, when we wrapped photography. That was in the fall of 2007, making it just 10 years old. The GMC duplicate was purchased by the Picture Car Coordinator on the show. The grill was modified on the GMC to make it look like a Chevy. |

We should add him as the owner and label this as a 1998. |
