In all seriousness, I know this is one of Japan's retro-styled cars from the '90s. The Chrysler PT Cruiser was the car that really made retro-styling popular.

 When people tart it up to look like an actual (non-hotrod) late 30s/40s car, it actually looks pretty neat. I've seen some pretty nice examples on Platesmania.
