I was going to say it's a Fleetwood Seventy-Five, but this looks too much like another aftermarket coach work type on a commercial chassis. -- Last edit: 2023-09-23 16:40:12 |

Dammit! I used to live fairly close to West Islip, New York, and I never heard of this company! |

Would it have changed your life if you didn't?... |

Aww! You possibly could have worked for them, along with hundreds of other employees. Or maybe you even did work for them, now regret it and claim you never heard of this company? Fine luxury automobiles, created to last... were built elsewhere! Mass production, similar to Krystal Koach, but in poorer quality. Their headquarters were in Brooklyn, their limo factory was in West Islip. |

Nah, I can't say I did. There were some aviation companies that were well known for operating from Long Island, most notably, the Grumman Corporation. The game company Selchow and Righter had their headquarters in Bay Shore (which I didn't find out about until after they were acquired by Coleco), but I never knew there were any major coach builders on Long Island, let alone in the Islips. |
