The top is unusual having closed-in rear quarters. Whatever it is it is something big and expensive. |

I don't think that is a california top - it doesn't look solid enough. The ones I have seen on Studebakers have solid wooden frames but this might be an early version constructed differently. |

The aspect ratio is off, this car is much smaller and shorter. There are at least three others in this scene. Can be two stars as the scene is not so long. |
