 In Spain at that time, it's almost certainly a Santana.

 Santana introduced their S3 in 74, with black grille end 70s, so 79 plate date may work. However it's still got UK-style roof and split screen which Santana started replacing across their models from 78 with single pane screen and fibreglass roof. so this is probably one of the last old format examples
