This stretch job looks to be a lot younger than the base car and was supposedly done in Europe - it happens every now and then. This layout with a solid center section was highly uncommon in early 1960s' USA, when limousines were mainly people-movers rather than VIP-carriers. Lehmann-Peterson's Lincoln limousines were the most famous exceptions to that 'rule'. Still nicely done, apparently with a set of Fleetwood Series 75 folding seats. |
