We're gonna kill off Oldsmobile soon, so why not show how much we don't care about Oldsmobie by having it being pushed by a semi truck! Hell, let's have ALL of our cars destroyed! KA-BOOM!

As the driver of that vehicle was shot and killed (poor guy), his corpse probably did something to cause it to turn the steering wheel abrupty. Then, inertia kicks in, the Tahoe becomes top heavy and flips. It's pretty realistic.
