Identified as a 2006 on the movie website. They also say it has the V-8, making it a 300C, but they may be lying. |

I would not call them blatant liars, depending on how many Chrysler 300s were used for filming, some may have V8s and/or V6s. |

I believe it is a 300C, I've seen the car running and it's obvious there's a V8 engine in that car. Might have been modified though, since they needed cars able to race even with all the extra weight they've added. |

In Australia there is an SRT-8 version as well with a bigger 6.1 litre Hemi V8 (instead of 5.7L) and also bigger 20 inch wheels, and of course a bigger price tag |
