1952 Chevrolet. Australian-built Chevrolets had no model names, but they also didn't have trim on the rear fender. Maybe this is a Styleline De Luxe that was imported? Or an Aussie owner added trim to spruce up an otherwise dull looking local car?

The Chevs of that era that were assembled in NZ from Canadian components were, like the Australian ones, of a trim level that fitted between the US 150 and 210. In NZ they were referred to as the Deluxe. You could order the fender trim to be fitted if you wanted it. It is important to note that the NZ and Australian assembly systems were quite different. Maybe the car here has had the trim fitted during its restoration.

Could also be a US import.
