 Looks like a familiar logo. I'd say Kubota, but I don't know if they make buses in the Far East, so I'd guess Higer.

 闽D plates indicate it was filmed in Xiamen. At least the airport uses King Long and the logo matches:

You are right. Xiamen is the base of King Long(厦门金龙) and Golden Dragon（厦门金旅）, a related manufacture. They supplied most of the buses in Xiamen.

 There are two similar 10m King Long "City Lights" electric bus models in Xiamen that fit: XMQ6106AGBEVL8 and XMQ6106AGBEVL24. The differences can be trivial, so just mark it as "XMQ6106AGBEVL".

Personally I don't recommend doing that unless the clue is limited, since XMQ6106 may refer to bunch of different models.
