I see no reason to call main 1995 unless grille has been painted over, making it invisible, or front end has been replaced with that of a 1992.

For me, it’s the same vehicle, from season 9, they added a handcrafted buff bar. In episode 9.07, the vehicle was repainted in the colors of the "Florida State Police".
