 I have see this ep yesterday: is set in Switzerland, so this car has to be just a 21 Nevada, no?

 No, as most of the European locations in MacGyver were fake and filmed in the States. This car has too big bumpers to be Nevada = Medallion.
In the thumbnail is also a VW Jetta/Golf with US sidelights.
