Several are used for different roles across the series, I suppose they are all the same (if not, separate pages can be created). There were at least three used, as in a scene they are all seen together.
Described as KamAZ trucks.

When watching the series I thought "strange to see American trucks for scenes set in North Korea", then when they mentioned KamAZ trucks I thought "well, maybe these are Russian trucks indeed, more logical", so I was right at first :D
I suppose these were easier to find in South Korea.

CORRECTION again

it seems S. Korea started license produce this in 1978 as K511 and this version is straight up copy of the M-35

so Kia K-511

https://namu.wiki/w/K-511

for naming reference

and finally an article in Korea that explains it

so it started up as the straight copy of M-35 A2 named K-511

https://wizardiron.tistory.com/953

they mention that they were exported in Philipines, Peru and Chile

and in 2003 the improved K-511 A1 version was launched which has this different grill and lights
