 I'm pretty sure that we have the bus/van in documentaries about North Korea.

The double decker bus is a Jinling JLY 6122.

 I didn't think it was a genuine DPRK scene, as there is also that Hyundai bus visible in it /vehicle_1843323-Hyundai-County-2008.html that I though being re-used for scenes in a later episode; but by watching more carefully I see it is not the exact same one.

 Didn't Pyongyang receive a few of these cars made by their decadant neighbors to the South? I remember seeing a Santa Fe or two, as well as a County in one of those Pyongyang videos on YouTube.

In the years of "sunshine politics" between 2000 and the incident in the Kumgang Mountains in 2008 came many South Korean vehicles to DPRK.

It is one. The building in the background is the Pyongyang main train station, also the traffic policeman right has the correct uniform.
