G-MANN ◊ 2008-10-14 20:15	Registration C31DHV (or C31DHY) doesn't appear on the DVLA database, but C-reg = 1985-86, although it might be a fake plate (or maybe at some point a personalised plate was put on it). dsl ◊ 2012-12-02 01:09	Both C31 DHV and DHY were genuine issues in early 86; DHY was partially issued as normal but also partly reserved for re-registrations. tyreshopper gives C31 DHV as Make:DAIMLER Model:LIMOUSINE Colour:BLACK, so despite no trace anywhere else, I think we can go to 86.
