Nissan SA manufactures most (if not all) of the Hardbodies for Africa - LHS and RHD AFAIK. This is a hardbody 4X4 without doubt; the Navara's grille and lights differs considerably. |

@Citsa: the grille of Hardbody/Navara is, in my opinion, not a thing to identify them. The differences of the grille depending on the model-year, not on the model. The grilles are even the same in other Nissan 4x4-versions. After me and my wife travelled in 2006 across Namibia (4000 km total, 2800 km of them on gravel-, sand-, salt- and dust-roads) in a 2003 Hardbody, I've started to look for these models. The name "Hardbody" I've only seen in Africa. In Europe all of them were names "Navara". Could the diffence be, that the 2-door-"Hardbody" has no small window behind the doors? This type I haven't seen in Europe. The Narava's over here have all this extra window. At the 4-door-version I couldn't identify clearly the specific differences. And by the way: you cannot be sure, that all of these cars, they use in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana -these three countries have left-side-traffic- are assembled in ZA.
