I did some searching, and I think this is a Samco Warrior ("Samco" stands for Sports Automobile Manufacturing Company), a replica of the 1937 Cord Sportsman built in Oklahoma in the late 1960's. Samco also built a longer wheelbase model called the Royale.

According to the second link, the car there is titled as a 1969 Cord, but I think it might be insulting to real Cords to list this alongside them.

Acccording to the source linked below, the Samco (or SAMCO) replica Cord was produced from 1968-1970 and production for those three years totaled 430 cars with Ford or Chrysler engines.
