Munguia would have been successful with the Goggomobil in his factory in Bizkaia (province whose capital is Bilbao), if the procedures and delays in the construction of its factory had not been delayed from 1957 to 1961, by which time the 600 was already well established in the Spanish market and was clearly wider than the Goggo.
