International Harvester unknown. It looks like something from the 1940's or 1950's, however.

Everything considered, I would say it is a International Cub from the late 1940s/ early 1950s

It could, of course, also been branded "Farmall" - don't let the IH name on the side fool us, it is, after all, IH Farmall...

I would say it is a Farmall 130 about a 1957 or 58.

Similar to the tractor in this link:

Farmall CUB (The Farmall 130 seems to be different)

The History of the Farmall 130

The history of the 130 begins with the Farmall A. The Farmall A was introduced in 1939 and featured "culti-vision", an offset design used to cultivate crops. The engine and transmission sit to the left-hand side while the operator sits to the right-hand side with a clear view of the ground beneath them. This mimicked the setup of horse-drawn cultivators where the operator had an unobstructed view of the ground passing beneath them. The Farmall A eventually moved to the Super A, then the 100, and finally the 130. The 130, manufactured only in 1956 and 1957, was replaced by the 140 in 1958. http://www.oldoakfarmalls.com/130.jpg

I'm going to say 130 or 140. The cub was an identical tractor but smaller.

International Harvester introduced the Farmall brand with the Regular. All models until 1954 were branded "Farmall" In the 54, when they went to the hundred series, the utilities were branded "International" while the row-crop tractors were branded "Farmall". I think it was with the 06 series that they branded everything "international" with the "farmall" after the model designating it row-crop, such as a 706 farmall, and started using "utility" to designate the utilities, such as "656 utility".

Once Case bought out IH they did build the model 274, which looks to have used a lot of parts from the A family, but a diesel engine. I have only seen two of them, and neither one up close, so they may not have built many.

It is probably a 1955 farmall cub, with the grill painted teh wrong color to make it look newer. if it were a 1957 it would have a white background behind teh hood emblems, and the emblems would say "international - cub" This one is red behind the emblems and it says "Farmall - cub" (If you deal with tractors all day, you can pick these things out) But it's a farmall Cub, and not a 130 as others have said. See how teh front grill is painted white and you can see that it doesn't go all teh way up to the radiator cap? a 130's front grill was larger and included the entire portion containing the top of the radiator. also, the cub was teh only one of teh farmall line that didn't have the trademark teardrop gas tank. Notice how teh battery box is on teh platform under the seat post? On a 130, the battery is in between the dash and the gas tank. on a farmall cub, the dash board is bolted to the bottom of the back of the gas tank. actually found a picture to better illustrate whaqt I am talking about. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/66/55FarmallCub.jpg
