 I would say a 1980 Fiesta GL for the side chrome trim. common to Ghia but the same wheels as the L.

MkI GL wasn't available in Spain. The L badge is clearly visible.

 Yes, you are right but this means that Spanish versions for the Spanish market (In Italy we had since early 1980 the GL that was built in Spain) were a bit different in trim.
