Two 74 LeSabre convertibles were bought by ZiL as inspiration for the next premiere limousine in the 70s: Link to "freedomcars.ru" Link to "freedomcars.ru" A surprising number of the old Soviet imports of US cars survived into the 21st century, doubt this is the same though. |

That's a 1972 model anyway. And if it wasn't for the plate info, I would say it's a Centurion, given the lack of ventiports on the hood and because it has got a vertical grille pattern, instead of the horizontal grille on the LeSabre, but I suppose the owner updated it with Centurion parts? Edit: nope, that plate info is just wrong. Here's the same Х893ВК124 Buick that can be hired to tour around St. Petersburg and they call it Centurion : http://www.vipsnapshots.com/portfolio/american-retro/buick-centurion-2/ https://russiaviptravel.com/ByLand/buick-centurion ...and yet they still insist it's a 1974 model when it's not! -- Last edit: 2025-01-29 23:20:25 |
