 Fleetwood is more likely. Seen on the door is the badge of coachbuilder Armbruster/ Stageway.

 It's a stretch of a 1985 Sedan Deville. For 1985 manual remote rearview mirrors had chrome casings and power mirrors had body-color casings and power mirrors were an option on Devilles, standard on Fleetwoods.
