The body styling is very mid to late 1920s - vee screen etc. Those wheel discs will be covering a set of big wires. I suggest it is a Phantom 1 around 1925-6. Without a better look I think it is probably impossible to work out whose body it is. |

It is a Phantom I, no doubt. The body is very likely a Windover limousine. |

Well spotted Junkman, it's a 1927 Phantom I, chassis #60LF, with Windovers limousine body and reg'd YT7894. |
