were all of the EU-spec ones built in Austria ? also, i'm curious why they had to modify the tail lights ? US-Spec ones had an amber turn signal too.. |

No Cherokee/Liberty has ever been built in Austria. Magna-Steyr built the Grand Cherokee [ZG], [WG] and [WH] series, in addition to the Commander [XH], but not all the EU-spec ones were sourced from Graz, several units were imported from the US. I believe anyway that diesel and RHD models are always Austrian-sourced |
