 With this bright colour, but having no overriders, I'd say It's a Vauxhall Velox [EIP].

 What I meant with the above is that:

- No bright colour and no chromed strip around the rear window --> Vauxhall Wyvern.

- All bling including overriders --> Vauxhall Cresta.
