Shrunken late-1980's Fleetwood.

Composite lamps or quad sealed beams? I can't see it well enough...

The first thumbnail indicates they're composite, even though the high-beams are off.

That is actually an '85. The bumper rub strips are black and the taillights are not wrap-around which would indicate an '87 or '88.

That´s an S&S Victoria and it once started out as an incomplete Coupe de Ville.

wheelbase looks too long for a DeVille to me

The 1985 6CZ90 "Commercial Body Package" was the successor to the Cadillac commercial chassis and basically consisted of a stripped standard wheelbase Coupe DeVille, fitted with heavy duty suspensions, alloy wheels and wiring. The stretch-job had to be carried out by the coachbuilders and that´s why the wheelbase appears pretty long for a DeVille here.

By the way: Please delete the "body" in the headline, for it makes no sense.

It's definitely an '85.
