The green taxi on the large picture is a 1951 Plymouth Cranbrook ( series P-23).Right of the Citroen on the small picture one can also spot a Plymouth , but not the same car , this one is a 1955, probably Plaza ( few chrome trim ) series P-26. |

Same color, both seemingly equally rusty (for 10 years old cars! I thought French cars had the monopoly for that! ), same checked pattern, just a chrome trim missing (but not the same rear fender showed), and 2 different identifications??? ("Let there be light...") ______ Edit: according to the rear fender chrome line, it seems "both" are a Plymouth Cranbrook, as the rear chrome line of the Dodge was somewhat lower, closer to the fender guards. And the DeSoto "Deluxe" or "Custom" twin cars had a more longer one. -- Last edit: 2014-09-30 00:31:18 |
