More likely one of the numerous models of the 1939-48 AC-Series truck line (1½-ton AC-300 to 8-ton Diesel ADC-900). |

That's the big cab which is 500 and up, only. It's at least an AC-500 but no bigger than an AC-600 ('39-up) due to the six-stud wheels, short hood, and the hole for hand-cranking the engine is through the bottom grille bar (and not through the bumper). Headlight location means it's a '39 to '45. If the headlights were original (which they don't appear to be), we could narrow it down to '39 or '40 or '41/'42. Not very likely it's an "R" model (designed for tractor service) and we have no way of knowing what wheelbase is/was built as (last number like "3" in "723". -- Last edit: 2023-04-07 08:36:17 |
