Supplied new to Army Fire Service as a red fire engine. Army Reg.no. 73BR48 Bought on release from MOD by Sunderland Airport as seen here and used as crash tender in red. Registered as OCU975R Bought for preservation and painted green as a AFS Green Goddess replica. Reregistered as XAS523 If it was mine I would have restored it in one of its genuine red guises as much rarer and there are detail differences from the AFS machines. But each to bis own ![]() Sunderland Airport is now the Nissan car factory. https://www.fire-engine-photos.com/picture/number31115.asp -- Last edit: 2024-04-01 22:27:09 |
