It's not Chevrolet chassis, but International (1610 FC): Link to "www.ebay.com" Edit: in fact van was made by Penn Trailers & Truck Bodies, company, that vanished in early '80. Even on coachbuilt.com they don't have too much information about them ( http://www.coachbuilt.com/bui/p/penn/penn.htm ).
