![]() ... and in ep 1.03 in same place ![]() Likely 401 rather than 403 on numbers made (611 vs 287) plus I don't see any hint of 403 badges on bonnet flank or on rear panel, even allowing for blurry/fuzzy pics. I've got a hunch it might be this one ![]() 1951 Bristol 401, HJU 172, chassis 401/1004 (from 2008 auction listing) which says a full resto completed in 2001, so would have been shiny new for film date, and "Flashers have been fitted within the existing ... side lights so as not to spoil the beautiful lines of the car." which look as if present here as darker blobs in the centre of the outer lights. Also there don't seem to be many other gold ones around. |
