Could "68369" be the model number for those Cadillac experts?

They've existed before. Mostly in the suburbs. Just like Lincolns:

I knew somebody who drove a Lincoln Town Car taxi of the same period.

Eerie, I wouldn’t take a ride in that cab unless I had a gun with me. You might get in, but might not get out. Perfect setting for a horror film!

Yes, this is the key and it reveals the car as a Sedan DeVille.

What makes it "built for Sweeden" anyhow? I really doubt they originally sold this era of Cadillac anywhere in Europe. It must be an imported one isn't it?

Probably aftermarket, and maybe with some difficulty. The headlight bezels appear to be missing. Presumably it would have been unofficially imported?

In my home town, Mechelen between Brussels and Antwerp , at the end of the fifties, the local taxi company used 1957 Plymouth (included the rare Coronado models) as taxi and 1959 and 1960 Cadillac (including several 75) for the weddings to replace the old 1947 Plymouths and 1947-1952 Chryslers limousines.
Later at the end of the sixties, thoses Cadillacs were used as taxi too and finaly, in the early seventies, thoses Cadillac were used as private "School"-buses to pick up children at school and bring them home.

After arrived the russian Volga period !!! Yes, in the mid-sixties, the russian Volga was a popular taxi in Belgium. ( )

But all thoses taxis always were black, NEVER, no NEVER yellow.
