Is this supposed to be a reference to the famous Monastery Street album cover by a vastly over-rated 60s group (Tremeloes?? Dave Clark Five?? Herman's Hermits??) with a zebra crossing and a prominent VW?? If so this Bedford was an Austin J4.

This was flimed in Wales so i wonder if this is any of the regulars
