 Nerd note:
It can be seen it has a push button horn without a horn ring.
That was only available on a bog standard Consul. The Consul deluxe, as well as the Zephyr and the Zodiac, had a horn ring. Circular at first and from 1959 on with better visibility of the speedometer.
