The first one looks Ford-ish. I'm thinking Lincoln. |

Only trouble is, the grille on the '39 Chrysler was a lot more vertical. http://www.carnut.com/cgi-bin/05/image.pl?/show/05/swap/swap095.jpg Pre-WW2 Ford's were primarily Horizontal and butterfly-shaped. http://www.hubcapcafe.com/i/2000/hopkins2000/linc4001.JPG Link to "files.conceptcarz.com" I still say 1940 or 1941 Lincoln Continental Parade Car. |

There never was no such thing as a 1940 or 1941 Lincoln Continental Parade Car (and Continentals have a quite different vertical grille and a one-piece flat windshield) . It's a Chrysler alright, most probably a 1940 Imperial Parade Phaeton. http://www.imperialclub.com/Yr/1940/Limo/index.htm -- Last edit: 2008-09-11 18:32:36 |

I knew Chrysler made Parade Cars such as the Imperial Phaeton, but I never knew they looked like that. -- Last edit: 2008-09-18 04:28:25 |
