Issues here. Regal trimmed models all had bright headlamp rims and bright windshield moldings. This car has neither. Yet it has bright rocker trim, a Regal feature. Champion Customs were the only 1951 models with painted headlamp rims, but other trim items present were not there on Custom models. Either this is a Deluxe with added rocker trim and painted-over rims or a Champion Custom with added trim pieces. Or perhaps export models were trimmed differently(?) |
