It is a Buick, either 1930 or '31. Unusual to see the auxiliary lights on the front that turn with the front wheels (Pilot Rays I think they are called). Seeing this is an important occasion it might be a 1931 Series 90 but we really can't be sure. 1931 Buicks didn't have side lights on the front fenders but '32s did so these may have been added or else maybe this is a very late 1931 car. Maybe. |

The 1930 Cadillacs look much the same as this car, and THEY have the side lights atop the front fenders. Unfortunately, the image is dark and fuzzy. I can't tell if that grille badge says "V8" or "Buick". |

I thought this was a Buick because I thought I saw the Buick flutes along the bonnet (hood) line. Maybe I was mistaken. I agree it is most likely a 1930 Cadillac - probably a Series 353 Seven Passenger Sedan. |
