 Close, it's a Mazda 626 based Ford Telstar.

 5 door hatch so Telstar TX5. Also it is a Ghia as by this model the Ghia was the only model offered. The chassis code is AY from late 1994-96, the last series of Telstars produced before Ford Australia replaced it with the Mondeo
