Do you have access to a specific file in the UK? a book? Before, in France you could find only the country where lived the owner of the car with one number but no more, the rest is in the police files. there is always this number on our plate sbut it’s no longer valid, we can buy a car in the south and live in the north... I’m always surprised when I read you;)
dsl ◊ 2024-10-30 13:30	^ it's dark magic beyond the grasp of ordinary mortals. However you can find the keys to this world of knowledge on this forum thread I posted a couple of years ago. The links should all still work - just tested the dropbox download and it seems fine. Any problems - just ask. For French plates, this site is useful for the date a number was issued, but due to quirks in the French system (re-registrations etc) needs to be treated with caution when applying to a particular car - some results may be way off.
