I was going to say 1942-49 Cadillac Fleetwood 75, but this is missing some chrome strips on the fenders. |

Certainly looks like a Cadillac. By 1949 it would have suffered a few bumps and maybe lost some chrome. I think it is earlier - possibly 1939. I think 1940 was the last year for sidemounted spares. |

I didn't think that was a side-mounted spare tire, I just thought it was part of the fender. Still a 75 |
