'59 - would say Impala based on the front fender trim and the fact that it's a hardtop, on the other hand the trim on the door looks more like that of a Bel Air....

Interior views are of a different car - the dashboard doesn't match, and more importantly the A-pillar and adjoining door frame is all wrong.
The wipers are also arranged in a tandem pattern unlike that of a '59 Chevy.

It's a 1959 Bel Air Sport Sedan model 1639.

Edit: Something looks off about the V and flags emblem. Almost looks like a shield with offseted streaks rather than the normal fat V :think:

Looks like it is equip with bigger V8 engine fitted in (probably 348 CID engine) :think:

Yes, there are more than one V8 engine size/configuration and sometimes the 'V' badge shows what in it.
