It is OM 40 or 40/35 or FIAT 40 NC, they kept the OM/FIAT brand. This badge indicated in the 70s only the newly created Iveco Group, however in these trucks it was placed (since ca 1976) in the middle of the grille and not this way - perhaps it is not original in this case.
