This isn't a 1985, then it would have the dual "2CV 6 Special" and "Citroen" badges at the bottom. Assuming the car in the thumbs is the same (it probably is, the front is quite rebuilt) it looks as if it has a 1966-74 hood with double chevron, a 1972-74 bumper and a 1976+ Spécial grille and bumper, which in combination with the 1974-79 badge (from 1980 it was made of plastic with a black strip reading the trim beneath it) means it's rather a pre-1975 model with a newer grille.
